The Department of History organized an student’s
created exhibition on 07th March 2018 . The exhibition was opened by
Dr. V. Bakar Rajapaul , the Vice Principal of Nazarth Margoschis College at
Pillayanmanai.
The
exhibition starting with prayer by Dr. K. Samuel Thangaraj kores. Dr. K.
Geethanjali welcomed the gathering
The Principal Dr. S.Arulraj Ponnudurai delivered the
Presidential Address. Dr. V. Bakar Rajapaul , the Vice Principal & Prof R. Thomas Head of the Department of
History felicitated the participants.
The Exhibition came to
an end with the vote of thanks by G. Emi Carmichael of III B.A History.
The aim
of the exhibition was exhibit the hidden talents of the students and make the
student to know about the significance of
the cultural heritage of India. In the exhibition the students exhibited
their innovative ideas through their models. Among them the models of the
basics, the Charminar, Tajmahal and etc
attracted the students of other department very much. Besides the varieties of
measuring items, coins and rupees of different countries make the exhibition
more effective
Its motivated to other students to organized more exhibition
like this. As the Head of the Department
and other staff members Dr. K. Geethanjali, . K. Samuel Thangaraj kores, Mr .E.
Walsa, & Ms R. Muthu Jeyavani who make the students to involve in this exhibition.
